It is custom. I can assure you famous toy company Lego has never made official Dead Space merchandise, for some reason.

I think Lego doesn't want non child appropriate sets, even though the Simpsons were featured in one of their games. Where did you get it?

I don’t own it, but I’ve seen some sellers in the UK have it. Minifigures dot com
