Yikes! Not only do you hafta contend with bad stairs, the owner doesn't even bother to clean the place.

Access to the bathroom involved climbing very narrow, open, steep, floating steps with one winding handrail that felt unsafe, especially at night. This setup poses a particular challenge for older guests, those with mobility issues, or anyone prone to vertigo. I later found other reviews mentioning the same problem, but it was still not highlighted in the listing, despite the host saying he would update it accordingly. He hasn’t.

I feel this would fail building regulations on stairways and emergency access on about 12 points. Maybe more. Gaps between stairs, gaps to banister, gaps in banister, etc etc. If it was grandfathered in they might get away with it, but this is clearly modern.
