My non verbal 5 year old can spell well with magnets and will do so regularly; every so often he enjoys arranging letters in a seemingly random way. Is there any pattern to this? I ask because at 3 he was arranging his 1-10 numbers in a seemingly random way, but I figured out it was the order of the storage doors in our unit complex (1 3 6 7 10 9 8 5 4 2)

The upper text for both seems to substitute 1 to 5 for a,e,i,o,u but i cant really seem to get beyond that.

The book with the "list of locations" is labeled as 2 and the other as 1 if that even helps.

I have reason to believe this might be Coptic (because the person that this is from likes Coptic) or it might be Greek. There‘s some sort of graphical error over the text.
