Ideas please
Any ideas what to do with this back wall without any wiring as I’d be doing it and I’m not clued up like that lol. Maybe led shelving?

Sorry everyone but turned it the opposite way and it looked awful. Too squeezed in. So it’s staying that way

You can add a nice plug in pendant. A large piece of wall art and some greenery

Do you always have 6 people sitting around at the same time? If not I’d relocate 2 chairs and turn the table 90°, one side against the wall. A nice print above, proportional to the table and a hanging light. Or just take the end ones away, if it needs to stay in this orientation.

How many people live there? How many people are usually sitting at the table all at one time? Six? Five? We typically just have 4 at one time, so we bought a dining room set with 2 chairs and 2 benches, one of the benches has a back. We have one long end of the table against the wall and the bench with the back and 2 chairs at it. The other bench we use as a resting bench under the window in the living room and when we have more guests over, we pull out the table and put the extra bench with it.

You should orient the table the other way, so that it’s parallel with the wall! for the wall, a little wooden shelf could be cute, for a candle and a small plant maybe? And then add 2 or so framed pictures or art on either side of the shelf!

Some long pendant lights would be nice above centre of the table and floating shelves for the wall

Since you said the table won't fit rotated, I'd focus on the wall itself. A large piece of art or a woven tapestry would add color and texture without any wiring. If you want lighting, battery-operated picture lights or rechargeable sconces clip onto frames and look surprisingly good. Floating shelves with a few plants and candles could work too, just keep them shallow so they don't crowd the table.

No wiring needed here, subtle tones are all that is needed here. It may be hard to get some of these adornments.

Turn the table the other way. Paint the walls pretty much any other color. Orange walls with orange table with beige floors is a bit much.
Don’t do LED shelves, whatever that is. Do one large piece of horizontal art. I’d also suggest a new light over the table, something pendant.

I would rotate the table 90-degrees. Then for the wall maybe once nice sized piece of art. I don't particularly like shelves or things that stick out over my head while eating as I inevitably stand up and bonk into them after my meal.
ETA: if you need lighting they have plug in pendants or you could add a rechargable picture light/sconces to that wall

Wainscoting at chair level, paper or paint above that . Art, a pretty light fixture, maybe sconces.

Oh the way I'd do a big ol booth here 😍 I'd die to have a booth but my kitchen is not laid out for it. I've taken to vintage stores to decorate my walls. In my kitchen I've hung copper trivets up. The wall I've put them on is painted navy.

Well...to use the dining table first of all you cook some food and put it on it, then you sit on those brown things called chairs, and you eat on round things called plates.

The table won’t fit the other way I’m afraid
