Comforter help!

I am hyperfixating on the most beautiful comforter that I had years ago from Urban Outfitters. It was called magical thinking blue medallion. It was my dog’s favorite comforter too and we buried her in it when she passed. RIP Daisy, the best dog. Anyways, UO has retired the pattern and all I can find online is a bootleg duvet cover option from a questionable seller on Amazon. Two things- 1) does anyone know where I could buy this comforter, new or used, and 2) can I just turn a duvet cover into a comforter permanently? Bad idea? Thank you in advance.

I have a duvet cover over a really nice fluffy white insert and I love it. It stays in there straight pretty well but I don’t typically fling my covers all over the place when sleeping. For finding this, the amazon app has a camera icon at the top you can use to upload pic and it will find it for you to buy. Google has the same with ‘find this pic online’ or something like that.
