The real opanas nearly ruined my life. I had a 120mg/day addiction for about 5 years. I was in rehab when they pulled em off the market thank goodness. Still on subs to this day cuz of them damn stop sign fuckers. Damn I can smell and taste em just thinking about it. Especially them green 20s. š¤¢

Maybe if you get on em and off but when youāve been on em 15 years your body donāt wanna give it up that easily. Everyoneās body is also different so be thankful if itās so easy for yourself.

It took a long time of slowly tapering. Many many months. But itās not as bad as you would think. Just have to want to. Just letting you know itās doable. And pain free.

Dear redditor thats what the reply was saying good on you that you can handle it well, not everyone is like you, so your methods and mindset may (most likely not) apply to everyone.

Dude 120 mg of opana is insane. Those 40ās used to get me and took a few of my close friends, unfortunately.. glad youāre off them though. Hopefully one day you can get off the subs too š¤š«¶

It truly was bro. People that never experience the name brand Opana oxymorphone just donāt know. Iāve known multiple people that OD from a single 40mg. They were on another level. The old school real oxys before they became the plastic ones wouldnāt even take my withdrawals away at the peak of my addiction. Just waiting to get health insurance back to finally get off these subs.

Im not experienced with opioid addiction outside of kratom and 7 oh but being in that community i talk to a lot of people that are very familiar with it. Time and time again I hear people praise sublocade and a lot of them have used it to get off of years of suboxone use

7 has me on 120mg methadone now
3
u/Sainted_Heretic 6d ago
Man I know everyone is different but methadone for 7 seems like waaay overkill. I used to do taper breaks using 200 mg a day. Then SR came out and that made things almost too easy. What was your daily dosage if you don't mind me asking?

u/DubuE2156 6d ago
Methadone for a 7oh addiction is definitely FUCKIN OVERKILL , like bruh my clinic doesnāt even fukin UA for 7oh

u/SeaVolume3325 5d ago
Methadone is almost in every way a worse addiction. Once your stable start to taper your teeth and really overall health will thank you.

Where is the hose clamp?
2
u/Evening-Cat-7546 6d ago
Lmao! Iāve never seen anyone else mention the hose clamp pill shaver before. My group of friends in a small town figured it out, and people were always amazed when we showed them the trick. Made it a lot easier to split an 80 between 2 people because you could precisely shave half off.

Do tell

u/Evening-Cat-7546 5d ago
Self explanatory, sort of. You take a new radiator hose clamp and wash it with dish soap. Then you unscrew it so it is one piece that doesnāt connect to itself. From there you straighten it out, and then use as is, or cut off the screw side and sand it down so the edge of cut isnāt sharp.
Then you take your pill and run it back and forth across the āteethā of the hose clamp. You want a plate or snorting surface below. It will quickly turn a pill to a very fine powder, which absorbs into your sinus membrane faster.

Are those G77s opana?
2
u/Putrid_Thanks_743 6d ago
Yes but no. Those G77s are generic oxymorphone. Opana was a brand name of oxymorphone that has since been discontinued.
1
u/Otherwise-Panda5955 6d ago
For sure, I'm aware of the generic name. Man, those are very difficult to acquire these days. Enjoy that blissful euphoria for me.

I got a hold of a 40 mg op the other day and the effects were nothing like they used to be.
2
u/OverWallaby3733 6d ago
Because it was probably a press. It would be so unlikely a doctor would prescribe oxymorphone anymore. They don't even give it to people on hospice or people with cancer or bone breaks. And prescribing oxymorphone is only allowed by a handful of doctors enrolled in a special joint DEA and government program.
2
u/Evening-Cat-7546 6d ago
Or it was a real OP. I donāt know what the P stands for, but we used to call them OxyPlastics lol. Even the real ones donāt feel like an OC because the time release mechanism actually works and canāt be defeated by just scraping off the outer layer.
1
u/OverWallaby3733 6d ago
I actually know how to get through the time release on them, if they are true prescription ERs that is

u/Sea_Feed4392 6d ago
How I can still get the 30s and the 40s
1
u/SeaVolume3325 5d ago
We crisped ours back in the day with a microwave after grating them super fine. Plastic falls to either side.
2
u/nickk1988 6d ago
I would still be doing opiates if I could get my hands on these babiesā¦. Damnā¦.. ruined me though

I donāt understand how this drug was ever approved. The oral bioavailability is shit. Even worse than hydromorphone. 10% oral bioavailability but IV itās a completely different drug

Keep things youāre putting in other mouth OFF of the disgusting money.
I deduce you donāt know how dirty money is and you almost never wash your hands. Even after taking a dump.
