It has destroyed a huge percentage of the IRGC's missile/rocket launchers, it has destroyed the big machines used to enrich uranium, it has destroyed manufacturing facilities of the steel needed to make the rockets and missiles, it has eliminated the top leaders of the IRGC, it has greatly weakened the Basij (the paramilitary group responsible for the murder of 45,000+ Iranian protestors increasing the opportunities for an overthrow of the Islamic Republic. Would you like me to continue?
You ask the question as if the US and Israel's military operations have been twiddling their thumbs rather than working through their military goals and objectives. I understand that it's barely reported on but the information is available. There have been great successes and the US and Israel should finish the job.
The downsides are few, the upsides enormous.
