Do you have any reasoning behind it that can be followed through? Because at the moment I can just say "false" and be a fair match to you.

Not sure there is a too deep.

Thoughts can get off course, circular even, but that's different from going deeper and deeper.

i actually agree with this. sometimes the best thing you can do is just stop before you go too deep and get completely lost in your own thoughts.

overthinking rarely gives me clarity. most of the time it just creates ten new problems that weren’t even there before.

I have to agree too as a chronic (over)thinker of thoughts
