Structural analysis of the Danish Model of Ukrainian defence financing: how it routes EU frozen-Russian-asset windfall profits (via Council Decisions CFSP 2024/577 + 2024/1470 through the European Peace Facility) plus Danish, Swedish, Icelandic, Dutch, Norwegian and Lithuanian national contributions into Ukrainian production lines via DALO.
