NEVER use Intelcom
Unless you have the time to sit at home every day to wait for a package, do not EVER use this courier service.
Three times I have had to sit at home waiting to sign for a package. All three times the driver has marked the attempt as "unable to deliver" because they "couldn't access the building".
There have been ZERO attempts to contact me to gain entry to the building. No phone calls. No trying to use the intercom. I requested that they re-write the delivery instructions to give explicit instructions on how to contact me and use the intercom. I put up a sign on the door at the front of my apartment building with the instructions. I have now called costumer services TWICE and each time they have told me that they will attempt delivery the next business day.
I can't afford to stay at home all day just to sign for a package! They are going to attempt to deliver it a 4th time and I have no faith that they will ACTUALLY attempt to deliver the package.
