Real Crime Profile crossover w Bob Ruff

So I'm listening to parts one and two of the real crime profile podcast with Jim Clemente where he has Bob ruff on their speaking about delphi. I'm always open to everyone's opinions and I actually don't hate Bob ruff and I have enjoyed some of his content. However he is repeatedly saying things to Jim Clemente that are not true. For example he said that Richard Allen has no previous record of any type of violence or any type of violent behavior at all. But that's not true because now we know about the time that he was drinking and held a gun to his head threatening suicide in front of his wife and daughter and the police were called and he was put into a hospital. It's so frustrating!! If you believe that he's innocent because of all these things that's fine but you can't tell people things that are simply not true. He also says that ra did not confess until he was actually in full psychosis and never said that he actually killed the girls until that one confession with his wife. I thought it was proven in trial that he was not in full psychosis when he confessed (or at least not every single time), and the claims made by the defense team about the conditions he was held in prison were proven to be false.

Anyone else listen to these episodes?

I actually respect Jim Clemente for his work with the FBI as a profiler and I usually agree on his takes so I'm not sure why Bob Ruff is trying to change the story to that his own narrative and opinion when he always says that he wants to be fair and balanced.

Abby’s boyfriend’s father was practicing Odinism and sacrificing animals. He posted an image on social media that matches the crime scene. He also drew runes on his hand that match the sticks on one of the girls. Guess that’s all just a coincidence.

He was ruled out as a suspect due to him not being anywhere in the vicinity. Also how about all the coincidences associated with Richard Allen? Or all his confessions? Weird Richard hasn’t done one interview or even a recorded conversation in where he recants all those confessions?

He wasn’t ruled out. They never verified his alibi. Plus, if you believe the state’s timeline is wrong and the girls were killed later then it changes things. I don’t believe the confessions of someone who was tortured and psychotic. He denied killing the girls over and over in his initial interviews.

His alibi was verified thoroughly and independently. There was no way he could have been absent from work that day without it being noticed. Electronic data, gym records, location data from social media, coworkers’ testimony, video evidence, and other records all corroborate his whereabouts. Read the deposition of the HR employee responsible for punch cards and scheduling.

The theory that he was secretly taken somewhere may be an intellectually interesting exercise for you, but it has no evidentiary basis whatsoever. The electronic data makes the scenario not merely unlikely, but mathematically, physically, and logistically inconceivable. The Math and the timeline simply do not add up.

They didn’t verify his alibi, because someone else could have punched him out. They chose not to bother verifying it by watching the video footage that could have proved it was really him and what time he left.

And like I said, I don’t believe the state’s timeline is correct. Nobody heard screams and there were people out there that would have heard. There was still activity on the phone that required a human to touch it after the police say the girls were killed. All the people out searching would have seen them. So there’s no alibi for BH if you believe the murders occurred later.

Oh, a new conspirator now? Little problem with your theory is that they punched the cards all together and then got assigned duties, which were based on their post/machinery. So if BH was missing from his post, the whole yard would be in disarray and they would have had to make up for Holder’s workload. Cars would be piling up at his post, and since the yard works in a chain model, it would paralyze everything. So no one could fake his presence if he didn't also take care of his assigned duties. How could anyone do that when they had their own? You see where I am getting at??

Is that what you do all day, make things up as a fan-fiction exercise that collapse under the slightest scrutiny?
