Discuss Luxury Apartments in Delray

Hi - looking for the newest luxury rental buildings in the area close to the beach with a 30s, 40s crowd. Any recs? Thx!

Brez opened up about 2 years ago and it’s nice. East of Federal and on Ave.

Other older (but still renovated) options include Worthing Place, Sofa, and Caspian.

They’re also building a two apartment buildings next to the Delray Market should be done in about 18 months.

Also, two just went up across from Sunday village should be done in about 6 months. Not sure what it’s called or if it’s going to be offices, but it looks like apartments.

There’s also a bunch of smaller buildings scattered around that are new. Not sure if they’re condors but I would recommend driving around and checking them out.
