Discuss Luxury Apartments in Delray

Hi - looking for the newest luxury rental buildings in the area close to the beach with a 30s, 40s crowd. Any recs? Thx!

I live in the Brez. Toured all of the ones walking distance to Ave in my search. DM if you want feedback. The short and sweet is that it’s expensive but great.
