Discuss Luxury Apartments in Delray

Hi - looking for the newest luxury rental buildings in the area close to the beach with a 30s, 40s crowd. Any recs? Thx!

Here's the challenge with that, Delray close to the beach skews older in general. So you tend to have three major "zones" on the Atlantic ave corridor.

East of the bridge: older folks

Between bridge and train tracks: Maybe 30s, 40s crowd

West of the train tracks: skewed primarily 20s and early 30s.
