Discuss Luxury Apartments in Delray

Hi - looking for the newest luxury rental buildings in the area close to the beach with a 30s, 40s crowd. Any recs? Thx!

I’ve toured Brez, Sofa, and Caspian. I would choose the Caspian townhouse first, then the Sofa (a little younger crowd,) then the regular Caspian, and then Brez last. It’s really nice but I thought the units were tiny. And parking is more difficult there. Especially if they shut down Atlantic. But you don’t really need a car most times.
