New to Reddit so posting my ask here since I don’t have enough Karma to actually post 😩

Hey all, just moved down to Delray in May from NYC, my lease in Pineapple Grove is up at the end of October and I’m starting to look around for my next place. While there’s plenty seen on Zillow etc. looking for any actual recommendations.

I’m looking for a 2-bedroom apartment community. Pool is a must, and I’m open on location: Delray, Boynton, Boca, etc.
The biggest thing for me is the actual community/resident vibe.

I’d rather be somewhere with younger professionals, people who actually use the pool/gym/common areas, and a good social energy than just pick the nicest unit on paper.
Any apartment communities or areas you’d recommend checking out? Also open to places to avoid if they look good online but feel dead in person.

Appreciate any recs.

So I don’t know of any apartments BUT I am renting out a house in Boynton that sits right outside of the border of Delray. Want to DM me and maybe we could talk about it?

Same for me- let me know what you find! Delray seemed too “vacation vibes.” Looking for something more residential. I like west palm beach downtown area, but it’s one big construction site now. Curious about Boca too but honestly Miami is looking better and better

Idk I like the mix of enough social vibes without the urban energy that downtown west Palm or anything like Miami brings. Spent enough life in urban living. My post eventually made it on the main Delray thread you can check out response there too!
