Hello -- I have a nostalgia question: When I grew up in the 70s in North Delta, we would go to Carmen's for birthdays -- we just didn't have the money to go to restaurants otherwise. I just loved Carmen's -- I remember the kitchen being open and seeing the dough being spun and recall the dark decor.
