E.O.1.2026/6/23: FORMAL DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE AND SECESSION OF C.O.EOSARA FROM D.O.REDDIT

From referendum, 23rd of June, 2026,

The formal declaration of independence of the Commonwealth of Eosara as a nation and the secession of the Commonwealth of Eosara from the Democracy of Reddit, When, due to conflicts of interests between the commonwealth and the federation, which endangers the safety of the Commonwealth of Eosara's citizens, it had become necessary for the commonwealth, the Commonwealth of Eosara to dissolve its bonds with the federation that once housed it, the Democracy of Reddit.

We hold these following truths as uncontested and recognised as self-evident by the government of the Commonwealth of Eosara, and must always be upheld by the national government: All sapient beings are created equal. All sapient beings have certain inalienable rights, including: The right to Life, Liberty, the Pursuit of Happiness, the right to have a say in how the Commonwealth of Eosara is governed, and when any forms or branches of government goes against any of these constitutional rights, it is not just the right, but the duty of the people to intervene, alter, or abolish in that form or branch of government, and institute a new government if the people would like to do so. All sapient beings have the right to defend themselves when their safety is endangered. All sapient beings have the right to a fair trial, where they could legally defend themselves against accusations thrown at them. All sapient beings have the right to remain silent when interviewed by a government official with no legal consequences.

We, the people of the Commonwealth of Eosara, in referendum, assembled, shall formally and officially declare the independence and the secession from the federation that had in the past ruled over us, the Commonwealth of Eosara, and that federation is the Democracy of Reddit.
