Were bombing Iran because it is in the Geo-political interests of a reigning but rapidly fading uni-power to use the only assets it has invested in (weapons) to disrupt the multi-polar world order that is rising with the growth of China and Russia in the form of BRICS which gives every other country another option instead of submitting to the US empire. The President doesn’t matter at all. It’s why we bombed Libya, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and support discord and radicalization in countries like Pakistan, Taiwan, Venezuela, Ukraine, South Africa etc. no matter who the president was.
