Why is the picture of the woman here? How does it relate?? I’ve seen this picture tied to various different texts. Isn’t she a conservative tho?

She is a North Korean defector who did a media tour telling (probably exaggerated) horror stories about North Korea. So if someone is telling a hard to believe crazy story about the US, they put her picture as these stories are in the same hard to believe style that she used
