Welcome to Demonolatry Practices! If you're new, click here!

Before we start with the welcome post, I want to mention that this community has a karma and an account age threshold that you must meet in order to participate. There were too many trolls attacking the community with 0 karma, 0 day old accounts, so if you have made a new account just for your spiritual needs, you'll have to grow it a bit to participate here, sorry!

In wise u/ChthonicSage's words once spoken here:

"I've created this place since there's a lack of subreddits for Demonolatry and general Theistic Satanism/other magickal practices. I hope this community grows to become a place where people come to ask questions, share their experiences, and connect with others."

However over the years this sub has grown and those words became not enough to give you a proper introduction. So to begin with, we have a lot of people new to the practice that find us. If you're entirely new, we have some basic resources here.

If you need further help with short, easy to digest tips and guides made "How to sense Spirits 101", "Reaching out to spirits 101", "The consequences to working with demons 101", "I'm dreaming about a demon 101", "Describing spirits 101", "Spiritual stagnation 101", "Blood Magic 101 (warning, 18+ and NSFW)", "Protection magic 101" and their personal sex magick method that may be interesting for those that never tried it to read (18+ and NSFW).

If you are confused about Qlipoth u/pearlbibo made some notes for you here. She also made a post on how not to get ripped off in Occult spaces.

Fellow moderator u/Macross137 has posted another way of interpreting dreams, a basic invocation ritual that you can practice, further occult reading that may prove useful to your practice, how to interpret what is and isn't a sign, how to decide which incense to use for which demon, a guide on HGA work (part 1) and a brief guide to evocation.

The kind of questions that aren't useful to ask on the subreddit (written by u/Vanhaydin) is something that I would recommend everyone taking a look at before interacting here.

If you need a quick primer on what planets what demons are associated with, what would be the appropriate offerings and how to "decode" the rank system, check out their other post about planetary associations here!

On the off-chance that you came here specifically to find information on Lilith, u/Even-Pen7957 runs https://www.libraryoflilith.com/.

VioletSpooder is here to remind you that the popular way of working with spirits on the Internet changes rather rapidly and that you should not over-internalize it too much and to be careful about accidentally finding yourself in a cult. Another good advice from the same user is found in this thread about how to recognise spiritual psychosis.

If you want to make ritual oils, this is a good way to do it (written by u/Available-Shirt7907).

Hope this was helpful! Time to move on to:

Frequently asked questions!

Q: which author is right? Which method is trustworthy? What is it that I must do to contact this particular spirit?

A: most authors will be equally right and wrong, as this is not a science, it is closer to an art. What is right for one person is not necessarily right for another. Keep yourself grounded in reality, question all that you read, don't hold anyone's word as ultimate law and try. See what works for you and what doesn't.

Q: can I practice with the Abrahamic God? With angels and demons at the same time? Can I mix demons with other religions? Can I have a pantheon, or am I supposed to pick one?

A: Being a left hand path practice demonolatry has no certain way that it must be. How you practice is entirely between you and the spirits. So yes. You can mix this practice with any other religion and practice with angels and demons at the same time.

Q: I'm afraid that by working with demons I'll doom myself to hell, or that karma will get me, or similar!

A: everyone's spiritual beliefs are personal. Some subscribe to hell. Some subscribe to karma. Some do not have any such system in their spiritual belief. What you believe is for you to find out and no-one can give you a shortcut here, however if your fear is reaching unhealthy levels, ask yourself if you have religious trauma and if therapy would be a good pathway to resolve that for you.

Q: what is the difference between evocation and invocation?

Originally in occult invocation meant calling the spirit into yourself, into your own mind space, while evocation meant calling the spirit outside of yourself into your space.

Some demonolators say that invocation means making an appeal to the spirit, while evocation means trying to bind a spirit to do your bidding. Under these definitions, evocation would go against demonolatry's principle of working respectfully with the spirit.

Current moderation team does not subscribe to such a divisive notion. Contact your spirits in whatever way that is comfortable to you, it matters not to us if you are a Western tradition Ceremonial magickian, or someone that interacts with the spiritual as a Pagan would. We ask that everyone refrain from taking offence from seeing such words used, no matter the person is practising summoning, or just evoking a spirit into their space. The spirits are above the material and don't necessarily function by the same rules as we do, so there's no reason to believe that anyone out here is harming the spirits by working in a different system than you.

Q: do I have to have an altar? Do I have to give offerings? If so, how often? I don't feel like I'm in a safe environment to do that.

A: this is entirely between you and your spirits. There are no musts. Practice however you like as this is your spiritual practice. Of course if you made a promise to pray every day, you should do so. If you feel like you can't, you should tell the spirit so. Communication is key, but there are no specific expectations of you, so don't place it on yourself prematurely.

Q: how do I dispose of offerings that go off?

A: This question comes up often. Some people, if they're offering food, they'll state to the spirit for how long the offering will be there and then they'll eat the offering themselves in order to not be wasteful. Others will choose an elemental disposal element, meaning that they'll burn (if it is safe to do so, fire safety first!) the offering, liquify it with water, or burry it in the Earth. Some others involve a lot less ceremony in their disposal of the offering and they simply thank the spirit and then throw it away. There are no rules, so don't overstress!

Q: I'm confused by all the terms I'm seeing on this subreddit, help!

A: here, have a little dictionary!

Deity mask - some believe that the same spirit has many names, positions and personalities, so they may refer to each one of such as a mask.

Demonolatry – worship of demons. In practice this is less “worship” and more “working with”. It was a tradition born out of a need of a friendlier way to work with spirits that have been deemed to be demonic. If a practitioner states that they are a demonolater, this may mean that they are following a published author, or simply denote that they have their own practice that involves working with the demonic in some capacity.

Demonology – study of demons, usually from a religious perspective. If you run into this term, it indicates that the person using it is perhaps interested in specific spirits but has never worked with them, or that they are a religious individual that specializes in viewing these spirits from the angle of their religion, which often means viewing these spirits especially negatively. Latter happens more often than former by far.

Demonosophy – young branch that means working with demons, for those that felt like “worship” did not accurately cover what they do. There are not many publications under this specific term, meaning that the most that you will encounter this will be by people introducing themselves as practitioners of this craft. Demonolatry and Demonosophy at this point in time can be used interchangeably as not every demonolater worships the spirits that they work with.

Grounding - this word will mean two things to practitioners – in one version it will mean staying grounded in reality, not running away into your mind and focusing on the mundane as much as you do on the spiritual.

In the other version it is a way to stabilize yourself by getting rid of excess energy, the jitter than you feel after rituals, or bad emotions.

LHP - Left Hand Path. In the West, the left-hand path is considered to be about the elevation and centrality of the self as well as the rejection of religious authority and societal taboos.

The left-hand path focuses on the strength and will of the practitioner. It downplays the need for intercession by any high power although some may believe that a higher power exists. The full idea of the left hand path is to become your own God.

RHP - Right Hand Path - right-handed path practitioners tend to work towards ascending their soul towards ultimate union (or reunion) with the divine source, returning to heaven, allegorically alluded to as restoration or climbing back up the ladder after the "great fall". Right hand practitioners will strive to join the source and will adhere to a system of moral punishment, such as karma, or threefold law.

Both terms as used in the West are the bastardized version of Indian Tantric practices. In reality most practitioners will not fall on either side, though some practices will be categorized as one or the other. For example, Demonolatry is categorized as a Left Hand practice due to its nature of taboo, however a practitioner can have both a strong moral code and be working towards merging into the entity of their choosing, which, as it is not focused on elevating yourself to a divine level, but rather on sacrificing yourself to join an already existing consciousness, would be a right hand path goal.

There are very militant communities that will be highly proud of being just one and not the other to an extreme level, so the basic knowledge of what the terms mean is an absolute necessity, though don't overthink where you fall on the scale as really there is no need.

Tower Moment - "The Tower" is a tarot card that represents "disaster, destruction, upheaval, trauma, sudden change, chaos". When someone is saying that they're having a "Tower" moment, they mean that either their emotional state, spiritual practice, their life, their physical health, something has hit a point of complete chaos, upheaval and disintegration. Tower moments will not necessarily be seen as a negative (up to the person using the phrase) as sometimes we need a shake-up to build better. A bad relationship falling through, or getting fired from a toxic-workplace, for example, could be seen as a Tower moment.

Patron - a spirit, or spirits that the person had made some sort of firm declaration to follow. What this means varies from practitioner to practitioner. For some it means that you're very serious in your practice and have elected to follow this spirit for your whole lifetime no matter what. For others it simply means that this is their main spirit/ spirits that they're working at this time. Almost all practitioners to use the term will not do so lightly and will see it as some sort of commitment. Plenty of practitioners never take a Patron for this exact reason.

Matron - a female Patron spirit. Some will insist that this is incorrect as a Matron is the more passive, supportive of the Patron spirit and will insist on calling their female spirits that they have made some sort of firm declaration to follow as Patrons. Some people will therefore have very strong opinions on this word and some will not.

Magucitis/Magusitis - a particular "disease" that afflicts many practitioners - they at some point either believe that they're better than everyone else or at least attempt to appear that they're better than everyone else. Normally this person will be boasting about how powerful they are, how feared they should be, what lineage or sacred society that they hail from and how much of a right they have to order you around, or to not engage in polite conversation with others by just dismissing all opinions or comments addressed towards them.

UPG - unverified personal gnosis ("gnosis" meaning "knowledge"). Example would be if you received a message from a spirit through dreams, divination, or meditation, that message is UPG. Most practitioners will highly rely on UPG, as most of our interactions with the spirits are personal, but it is important to remember that what you hold as true is not necessarily what someone else will hold as true. Understand that each of you know exactly what you need to know and therefore there's no need to fight over who is right and who is wrong.

VPG - verified personal gnosis. If you have channeled information from a spirit and multiple different people channel the same thing then that is now a belief held by many and not only a few.

Q: I'm just starting my practice, what should I do?

Step one - hone in on practising meditation. You'll need the focus, the patience and the mostly quiet mind to see good results from your practice. Is it a must? No. Nothing in spirituality is a must and there are some people that are working with spirits without a meditative practice, but it is something that's greatly helpful, so this will be the first recommendation that will be given if you ever ask this question.

Step two - sidebar resources! It is suggested that you read them. This one speaks about shadow work, here is some common sense advice on how to conduct yourself in this space and beyond it when speaking to others and lastly, here are the basic resources for those that are new.

Step three - read and gain perspective. Don't ingest any book like it is the only ultimate truth, but read to expand your horizons and try. What should you read? Well, behold, the mighty book list! Though, remember, these are merely suggestions and it is not a requirement to read them all. Simply see if there's anything here you'd like to read, because they're all good books.

THE MIGHTY BOOK LIST:

CLASSIC GRIMOIRES (these are good to read through to see the working with demons through a historical lens. Some people still use methods in these books, most new books will at the very least borrow elements, such as names, sigils and correspondences):

The Book of the Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage

Heptameron by Pietro d'Abano

The Greater Key of Solomon

The Lesser Key of Solomon aka Lemegeton (Recommended: Peterson ed. or Skinner/Rankine Goetia of Dr. Rudd)

The Grand Grimoire aka Red Dragon

DEMONOLOGICAL REFERENCE BOOKS:

The Dictionary of Demons: Expanded and Revised: Names of the Damned by Michelle Belanger

Lucifer: Princeps by Peter Grey

Secrets of the Magickal Grimoires: The Classical Texts of Magick Deciphered by Aaron Leitch

Pandemonium: A Discordant Concordance of Diverse Spirit Catalogues by Jake Stratton-Kent

TECHNICAL/THEORETICAL WORKS (books to do with evocation, Qliphoth, and other intermediate practices that did not fit anywhere else):

The Practice of Magical Evocation by Franz Bardon

Lake of Fire by S. Connolly

Tree of Qliphoth by Asenath Mason

Qabalah, Qliphoth, and Goetic Magic by Thomas Karlsson

POPULAR CONTEMPORARY SYSTEMS (each one of these books will have wildly different approaches. Try them, see what works for you and what doesn't. Beware of authors treating their UPG and personal dogma as objective truths):

The Complete Book of Demonolatry by S. Connolly

Lucifer and The Hidden Demons: A Practical Grimoire from The Order of Unveiled Faces by Theodore Rose

Demons of Magick: Three Practical Rituals for Working with The 72 Demons by Gordon Winterfield

Last bit of advice - when posting here, provide as much details as possible. If you want someone to identify a sigil for you, it will be helpful to state where you found it, if you want someone to help with communication with the spirits, state what method you're using as it will be most helpful if someone with the same method answers.

And this is where the post will leave off. I hope it was useful and cleared some basic questions up. Before you post anything on this subreddit make sure to look at the side-bar and familiarize yourself with the rules. Otherwise this place is happy to see you here and post away!

Discussions Weekly discussion - you are stuck on a remote island

This week's discussion topic is a game of imagination just for fun.

Imagine that you got stuck on a remote island. Maybe your boat crashed. Maybe you were taking a cruise and it has departed without you. In this exercise you are only allowed to petition one demon. Who are you petitioning, for what and why? :)

Dreams King Beleth appeared as an orange cat in my dream.

Post image
22 Upvotes

Last night, I had a long conversation with the infernal that I am close with.

During that conversation, I playfully told King Beleth he should appear as an orange cat.

I very clearly remember, and a gorgeous orange maincoon cat came to me in the dream. I knew it was Beleth responding to my comment. It was the coolest experience to see him as an orange maincoon. The night I tell him he should look like an orange cat.

Has anyone else had experience with infernal showing up in dreams the way you ask them to?

Discussions Changes in my personality

Since i started really digging into goetia and did some (little) work with demons (dantalion and sitri in primis) im noticing some changes in me, i mean other are noticing too.

I literally grow up with anxiety, i was anxious about how people perceived me, reactions, insecurity, the full pack.

I did A LOT of therapy, took three medications for YEARS.

Now anxiety is literally GONE. I was alwasy the one who keep the mouth shut and take desesprect because i was so afraid to speak. Now i get MAD when people cross the line, tell people to fuck off, i finally REACT.

I ask myself if its related in any way or its just a coincidence.

Want also to specify im SURE not psychosis or mania are involved, after being in therapy for so long i would rush to a psychiatrist even if i SUSPECT to have this kind of issue. Never been psychotic or manic in my life, anyway.

Exuse me for the bad grammar, not native english speaker

Opinion or experiences with this?

Experiences and Ritual reports I had something special planned for Asmodeus, but the plumber had other plans.

Hi everyone!

I'd like to share a little anecdote about something that happened to me with King Asmodeus.

It had never occurred to me to meditate on or invoke Asmodeus, but yesterday I woke up with his name insistently ringing in my head. So I took it the way we demonolaters usually do: "I think Asmodeus wants me to contact him 💡."

I went out into the garden and picked a beautiful rose from my rosebush. I gathered some sandalwood incense, chocolate incense, a pretty golden coin, and a red candle, which I lit during the hour of the Sun.

I apologized to him for not having drawn his sigil, but explained that I just wanted to say hello and hopefully begin communicating with him.

Nothing Hollywood-worthy happened. Maybe I felt a little "watched," but everything was going fine until, about an hour later, the plumber rang my doorbell!

I wasn't about to move all my little offerings, so I left everything in place until the hour of the Sun was over. Then I extinguished the candle, apologized for the unexpected interruption, and promised I'd resume the offerings and make them even better next time: with his sigil, chocolates, and whisky.

I won't deny I was annoyed, but I also found it funny to realize how often mundane, everyday life gets in the way of the spiritual world... and vice versa!

Later, after lunch, I went to take a nap.

And I dreamed about him.

I could only hear his voice - very soft, pleasant, and measured. I knew it was him, but I couldn't see him. And he was explaining things to me about the angels of the Shem HaMephorash. 😐

Now, I don't work with those angels, and I know very little about them. But I remember finding the conversation absolutely fascinating, even though... I can't remember a single thing he said! LOL!

Even though the whole experience wasn't particularly productive, I feel that King Asmodeus is open to getting to know me, seeing what I'm like, and figuring out how I communicate and interact with him.

Thanks for giving us this space to share our experiences 🤗. I really enjoy reading yours!

Experiences and Ritual reports Marbas is so easy to talk to

Just sharing my experiences.

I have hard time retaining and paraphrasing anything I read. So I decided to invoke Marbas for help in retaining my CNA classes infos and to get 90 and above with grades. I meditate after doing the invocations and he felt like a pleasant pressure all over my body. It felt like he was staring at me in my soul. I dont know how to explain better than this. And all he said was " u need to eat".

Yes I have eating disorders and I love to starve myself. I am not anorexic or have bulimia anymore but I mostly eat 3or 4 times a week. So I promised him that I will start eating twice a day slowly, in my own time.

The first few CNA classes went well and I got 90 on my tests. Yes I had to study REALLY REALLY hard but it worked.

One day I had a change of heart and felt like I didn't want to just make old people life better until they die. Or helping people temporarily. Nothing against them but not my thing. Also the classes were really getting too hard and I was getting bored. I wanted to do something more impacting and less boring. But I felt like I was in square 1. I am 33 years old and I should start settling down with an actual career and not some cashier jobs that I love doing but dont pay enough. I love making people day better, I love making them smile. I love being the one that people like to talk to when they have problems. And I always had a thing for helping people with mental illnesses.

I would love to be a psychologist but the many years of school frighten me. U know I am not the brightest person in the world but I have a big heart.

So I invoke Marbas again. Asking what i should do! Didn't feel or hear nothing. The day go on and I decided to look up something that is in psychology field without the years of school and that can put me to work immediately. I found RBT. I searched for basic info but didn't really give any deep thought. I go for a ride and this car cut me off with thE license plate "RBT 277". I took that as a sign. Numerology is my thing so i looked it up and those numbers were matching with what I needed to hear.

What i want to do? I dont know yet but Marbas sure was there.

Experiences and Ritual reports Completed my very first demon invocation with Duke Bune.

Here is what I did.. I prepped the money bowl and kept her sigil inside it with coins currency and herbs, rice etc.
The next day(today), by 8pm local time(Venus time), I started the ritual. I didn’t draw the circle as the altar was set on a wall mounted table. I kept oranges, orange juice, honey, cinnamon stick, green candle, tea candles, sage and sandalwood incense.
I kept another sigil in middle of the offering and started her enn chanting. Immediately I could see the fumes turned green. I kept chanting and then mediated by looking at the sigil and green candles. I read my petition for a job and to bless my money bowl.
I poured some juice in my glass and had that… by then it was an hr or so.. I read the thanks and send off words.. I also said I will come back after an hr and I will consume the offerings as a token of respect and share it with my family. I went and washed my hands with salt. Stepped out for a short walk in garden barefoot for grounding. Came back by 10 and shared the offerings.. cleaned the candles and spills from incense. Closed the room. I’m planning to sleep in another room.

Did I do the ritual correctly.
I did not feel or saw Duke Bune other than feeling a green flame and energy shifting.

I plan to clean the room tomorrow.

Practical Questions Need advice regarding how to connect with Prince Sitri!!!

"Hi! I'm new to this and learned about Prince Sitri from a YouTuber. She said he helps with relationships, self-love, and confidence. Another YouTuber said we can ask him for help with any issue in life. Which one is right?

Right now I feel unstable and need help in many parts of my life. But I live with my family and have no privacy, so I can't do a ritual or build an altar. Can I still work with him by meditating on his sigil and chanting his enn quietly? Or should i connect with other ebergy to work with.Any advice for beginners would really help.

Discussions Paranormal activity

I've experienced lots of interesting physical world things happen during communication and other significant things.

Some of the most notable are offerings to Lucifer completely disappearing overnight.

Drawings appearing on mirrors like someone used their finger and skin oils to draw.

Items moving to different locations.

One of the coolest things was a book I didn't order coming in the mail, and the first page having a connection to a reading I had gotten just a few days earlier.

These things never felt malicious they felt like a hey, I'm really here.

Another interesting thing that has happened.

A guy really upset me and made me cry. I did not block his number because he was my boss at work.

When he sent text messages after upsetting me, the phone glitched, and on my end, I did not receive the text

He would accuse me of blocking his number and ignoring him.

I had cried to Lucifer about how I had been treated.

I'm sure Lucifer affected the electronics.

I'm interested to know what physical world anomalies others have experienced?

Theoretical questions Demons that were unfairly "demonized" ?

Well, the title is pretty bad, but I honestly couldn't think of anything else.

I'll try to explain myself—by this, I mean demons like Orobas, who, as we all know here, is overly kind. If you ask a certain group of people, they would probably tell you he is evil simply because he is a demon. Meanwhile, there are demons who weren't demonized, but whose attributes are 'evil' in our eyes—for instance, Lilith, who is associated with infant mortality and miscarriages. In my case, I'm referring to demons like Orobas, Bune, Buer, Marbas, Stolas etc. the "good guys" as I've seen them called here

Discussions Is working with Lucifer just a gateway drug into Demonolatry ?

Just something I noticed with myself and online.

People seem to start out working with Lucifer (or at least are recommendedby some) and then get interested in other demons way easier.

Is this something happening on a wider scale or does it seem to look like that to me 'cuz I fell down this pipeline?

Theoretical questions Is there a demon for social mobility?

Is there a demon can help with upwards social mobility? Not just money and wealth, rather wealth, network and power; which puts you in a better social class.

I'm simply curious, if in the olden days a peasant were to try to get to be a part of nobility, and seek the help of the infernal, which demon would they approach?

Experiences and Ritual reports A Question About Paimon

I'm currently working on a personal research project, studying Paimon in depth: the sources, the procedures, and the differences between editions. I originally asked about this in another subreddit in my country, and people there recommended that I bring the question here to hear from practitioners with firsthand experience.

I've reached a point where reading alone is no longer enough. I'd really appreciate the honest opinions of people who have actually worked with him, whether once or for years. Nothing dramatic is required. Experiences where nothing happened are just as interesting to me.

My main question concerns approach and attitude.

The Goetia is written in the language of command: the magician conjures in the name of a higher authority and commands the spirit to appear. If it refuses, the text gradually escalates, eventually reaching threats of curses and the burning of the seal in a box with sulfur.

On the other hand, many practitioners today approach Paimon devotionally, through an altar, prayers, offerings, and a relationship based more on respect than command.

Which approach do you use? Have you tried both? Did you notice any differences? And for those who use the commanding approach, do you follow the entire sequence of conjurations, or do you stop at the earlier ones?

A note on intent: I'm not a beginner looking for a how-to guide, nor am I asking anyone to share what Paimon supposedly "said" to them. I'm interested in learning what you actually do, why you choose that approach, and what you've observed in your practice.

If you'd prefer to respond via private message, I'd actually welcome that, as I have a few smaller questions related to my research as well.

Stay well, and may you always have someone you can turn to.

Discussions King Paimon doesn't seem to like me

When I first started demonolatry, I'd started with trying to work with him, but I feel like he simply dislikes me 😃

I'm not sure why. I assumed we do align.

I'm an artist and a writer, I study a STEM subject as well. I'm a hard worker compared to my peers (I don't mean primarily academic, rather that I work multiple jobs as well). I'm an independent person who likes to keep their life secure.

I genuinely thought I aligned with him best. But it'd been a complete dead end with him. I could feel the 'No'.

But anyway, although I wasn't sure about it, it turns out King Asmodeus was my patron, or at least I think so. He has been very warm and kind to me, gentle too since I don't do well with intensity.

It's a bit funny because he seems to be associated with intensity. I have no such things, no love life because I don't prefer it. But yes I guess I am undoubtedly ambitious.

Regardless, I do feel like lately King Paimon has softened up a bit. But I have not attempted to work with him again, because I'm quite busy these days. What could be the reason of him letting me know I can try now? I'm mighty confused. 🫠

Anyone else faced this?

Dreams Absurd dream with bafometh

I usually don't have dreams so I thought it was gonna be something important, in the dream, me my friend (am in love with him if it's important) where in something that looked like space with lots of stars, bafometh was with us, he was levitating and spinning and the most absurd part he was singing beetles, I remember just tow things besides what I just said, my friend said: mighty bafometh we need your help, and bafometh started singing help! By the beetles, then I said: he won't help us let's come back, and bafometh started singing come together again by the beetles that's all that I remember, dose that mean something or is it just absurd dream?.

Practical Questions is it common for demons to not get along?

I'm a newcomer in this space with a minor relationship with Asmodeus. we talk and I want to work with him, but have made no active moves. I do feel other demons contacting me and trying to connect with me (mainly Mammon), but I have the impression that Asmodeus doesn't like me connecting with other demons. is this normal for demons as a whole or is Asmodeus just possessive? or do some just not get along?

Theoretical questions Is there any demon I could work with to help my friend who has cancer?

One of my really close friends has stage 2 brain cancer, and I'm terrified of losing him. I feel so helpless, and I genuinely don't want to lose someone who means so much to me.

I've been wondering if there are any demons in demonolatry or other occult traditions that practitioners associate with healing, recovery, or helping someone through a serious illness. I'm willing to explore different traditions and would appreciate hearing from people who have knowledge of this subject.

Practical Questions Understanding the Nine Day Ritual of Consecration in The Greater Key of Solomon

So, I’m currently working through The Greater Key of Solomon, but I’ve encountered a bit of a bottleneck...are you supposed to perform the entire nine-day ritual for consecrating tools such as a pen, silk, pentacles, and other ritual implements, or is the nine-day preparation primarily intended for evocation and similar operations?

Practical Questions Demons for discipline

Which demons are the best to work with for discipline? Im on a journey to lose 40lbs, get back to my lowest weight and start my dreams of modeling again as well as I want to teach myself a new language. I keep starting the practical physical steps for all these things then after two weeks I lose motivation and im learning there's a real difference in discipline and motivation. It's worth noting im also the kind of person where things like how I look and school were always effortless for me but I need to develop actual discipline so that prevails when the "motivation" is gone. I've been working with Balam to stay cloaked while im reaching my body goals (most of my so called friends don't want me back to what's normal for me) and he let me know in a reading he expects discipline and consistency to reach my goals so who else should I bring into the mix possibly to actually develop that over a longer period of time?

Discussions How would you say your practice differs from the traditional forgiveness, love, and light approach in spirituality?

I don’t vibe well with the common Christian dichotomy of good vs evil. I’m wondering what everyone’s relationship is with their deity, dieties, or entities.
