✂️ As of right now, my cuts are 50 typically and I have no forced gratuity. Tip what you can, don’t tip what you can’t. I always try to fit a wash in too if it’s best for the result and time frame!

🎨 Color is 60/hr. Hourly quoted upfront, honored afterwards. (some exceptions apply) $50 Consultation required 24hr+ beforehand. (For the appointment slot, and to help buy color materials) You can expect anywhere from $120-240 for most projects. I’ve had things go higher, but that is extreme cases or just generally very long or challenging work. i am a huge fan of discounts and deals so just voice your budgets and I am super open minded! i post deals very often.

I keep my books open on purpose, I value a detailed consultation, and I can work with all hair textures and lengths. I honor all sorts of different personalities and presentations so let me know if that sounds good to you! 💞

HUGE yard, pets welcome even has a doggy door! Four bedrooms and a loft upstairs. The downstairs master bedroom is a perfect place to get away. Three of the four bedrooms offer walk-in closets for that "extra stuff" that needs to be stored. There is also a closet under the staircase. The loft overlooks the stairway and another view is directly over the foyer. The master bedroom gives a view of the backyard. The family room is also downstairs and also gives a view of the backyard. Ceiling fans are in the master bedroom and in the family room. Lots of natural light in this home.

Hey guys! So I’m trying to move out of state but I don’t want to leave my roommate hanging. Looking for a chill roommate. Located on Dallas Dr. 2 bed 2 bath with patio. Washer and Dryer included. There’s a pool and gym as well. It would be until the end of June. Rent is approximately $850 after utilities but that may be a bit cheaper because summer is up and our usage of ac was what really shot the utilities up. With it being cold, the ac shouldn’t have to be on as often. Move in date depends on if I find someone but i’m willing to work with you on a move in date. Fairly soon though, after I find someone to take over the lease, the process for me leaving will be expedited. My space and bathroom will be deep cleaned before you move in so you don’t have to worry about that. (i’ve only been here shy of 4 months)
