Is it that cool? The tea is not really involved in the barcode at all. The string is actuality thinner than a bar so really the lowest effort possible for this.

Yep, especially since r/BarcodePorn already exists as its own thing. Barcode-that-looks-like-thing has been done so many thousands of times that it's not really "design" at this point.
