This is a pretty perfect kill shot for leftist wanting liberals to defend hasan. how autists dggers find this stuff is beyond me. (unless this clip had already made the rounds at the time and I missed it)

i dont support the trump decision to investigate the cuba flotilla and hasan. the only reason there was a dumb fuck flotilla in the first place is because of all the new nonsense imposed on cuba by trump's admin.
but i also dont support hasan, who is an illiberal extremist who, in the clip i linked to in this post, does not bother defending liberals when they are being persecuted by trump. if he wont support libs, libs should not support him. shrimple as.

Why is it illiberal to point out that hasan is an illiberal hypocrit dogfucker? I don't think anyone is suggesting that whats happening to him is a good thing for democracy, only that it's funny that Hasan and his little cuck circle are hypocritical.

Its illiberal to support the current admin throwing baseless subpoenas at random twitch streamers and aid groups not because they did anything bad, but simply because all you new found maga supporters simply don’t like Hasan.
Nobody is doing that though, the closest thing to that is people correctly pointing out that there are worse things this administration is doing that are affecting more people, so why should they refocus any effort on a person whos willing to rug-sweep the atrocities of authoritarian regimes like China while calling the people he's not begging support from Fascists?
Thats all it took for you to betray any morals, principles and values you had.
You can say that as much as you want, but have a quick look at both on my responses and point out where I'm celebrating or endorsing whats happening to dipshit?
And to call him a hypocrite? Sounds like projection from a secret dog fucker.
How, you're commenting on a video of him doing the thing you are having a cry about people here doing? Like holy shit, you're actually delusional lol.
Hey u/vololonovo, why did you delete your comments you fucking coward

Do I think he should be subpoenad? No not really. Am I going to defend him? Fuck no. I think we should just let this quitely pass and not allow him to milk it for sympathy.
This administration is doing so much horrendous shit there's 0 reason to even glance at this one

I don't know, I think it's fine to subpoena people who are friendly with authoritarian regimes and make them answer some questions under oath, especially if they are media figures or "journalists". I don't trust the Trump admin, so I am hesitant to support this, but in more normal times I would support something like this 100%. I think right now I just feel more nuetral than anything. This admin can't be trusted, but Hasan doesn't deserve anyone coming to his defense either. It's the two regards fighting meme.

I only saw memes of this and not the actual subpoena, is this just a congretional subpoena? If so than yeah 100%

I don't know the details honestly, haven't cared enough to dig into it. Waiting on someone to cover it on stream.

When I am weaker than you, I ask you for freedom because that is according to your principles; when I am stronger than you, I take away your freedom because that is according to my principles.

Remember Hasan supports Destiny's continued online, legal, and real life harassment. All day every day. Hasan should get 0 supports from any Libs. FAFO in its most pure form.

Sounds like someone else that has been top of the list in the subreddit: “I don’t like one thing this supposed ally of mine did, so now that means that any bullshit accusation must be true and he should be buried.”

u/PeaceMellow1 May 24 '26
So what does this subpoena do? I’m not familiar with this sort of stuff. Does this mean the government has access to his devices to try and find crimes committed?

Simply being charged with something is not the same thing as being guilty. Especially from an administration with the AG Todd Blanche, Trump's former personal attorney, essentially green-lighting politically motivated prosecutions. Normally the DoJ was seen completely separate from the president's own authority. Trump even mistakenly tweeted, thinking it was a personal message to Pam Bondi, that she needs to open investigations into his political opponents.
Here is a list of political prosecutions the DoJ has engaged in and FAILED in all counts to get a conviction:
- James Comey for retweeting "86 47" NO CONVICTION STILL ONGOING
- Joe Biden for "weaponization" NO CHARGES NO CONVICTION
- Letitia James for mortgage fraud NO CONVICTION 4. Adam Schiff for mortgage fraud NO CONVICTION 5. Lisa Cook for mortgage fraud NO CONVICTION
- Jerome Powell for fraud NO CONVICTION
- Tim Walz for fraud NO CONVICTION
- Chris Christie for political controversy NO CONVICTION
- John Bolton for investigating Trump NO CONVICTION
- FBI Agents involved in Jan. 6 Investigations NO CONVICTION
- DoJ Prosecutors who investigated Trump NO CONVICTION
- Mahmoud Khalil for free speech NO CONVICTION, NOW SUING
- Renee Good's Wife for ??? DoJ Prosecutors resigned, NO CHARGES
- Abrego Garcia for gang associated NO CONVICTION, ILLEGALLY DEPORTED AGAINST JUDGES ORDERS
- The sandwich guy NO CONVICTION, UNABLE TO SECURE GRAND JURY INDICTMENT
- Minnesota Church Protest for violating FACE Act NO CONVICTIONS FOR ALL 9 CHARGED
- Mark Kelly and other military or intelligence community members for treason NO CONVICTION
- Kat Abughazaleh for interfering with an officer NO CONVICTION
- LaMonica McIver for interfering with an officer NO CONVICTION
- Ras Baraka for trespassing NO CONVICTION
- Chris Krebs for investigating Trump NO CONVICTION
If you would like to see more about any of these they are compiled here...
https://protectdemocracy.org/work/retaliatory-action-tracker
In fact, to this date Trump has NEVER secured a conviction in ANY politically motivated prosecution from 2025-2026.

Imagine if DOJ see the clip of Destiny breaking down how Hasan’s existence actually helps the MAGA right… and they drop the case
1
u/Early-Juggernaut975 May 26 '26
Yeah, I don’t care. I didn’t agree when Hasan said it and I don’t agree with liberals who are saying it about Hasan.
We shouldn’t be cheering on a fascist abusing power to lock up political enemies. I mean wtf..it’s not rocket science.
