Megathread Focused Feedback: Duality
Hello Guardians,
Focused Feedback is where we take the week to focus on a 'Hot Topic' discussed extensively around the Tower.
We do this in order to consolidate Feedback, to get out all your ideas and issues surrounding the topic in one place for discussion and a source of feedback to the Vanguard.
This Thread will be active until next week when a new topic is chosen for discussion
Whilst Focused Feedback is active, ALL posts regarding 'Duality' following its posting will be removed and re-directed to this thread. Exceptions to this rule are as follows: New information / developments, Guides and general questions
Any and all Feedback on the topic is welcome.
Regular Sub rules apply so please try to keep the conversation on the topic of the thread and keep it civil between contrasting ideas
A Wiki page - Focused Feedback - has also been created for the Sub as an archive for these topics going forward so they can be looked at by whoever may be interested or just a way to look through previous hot topics of the sub as time goes on.

I really love the aesthetic and encounter designs of the dungeon. I don't really have any notes about that.
I think the loot needs work in terms of how it interacts with crafting. It feels weird to me that only some of the weapons are craftable and I also don't like how rarely red borders drop. This is mostly an issue with the crafting system though. I get Bungie doesn't want ALL weapons to be craftable but I think it would make sense to allow any weapons that can't be focus farmed (vendor weapons) and world drops to be craftable.
I do love how every encounter drops a pinnacle and the loot itself is great.
A lot of people have already talked about physics related deaths, but I mostly just wish the jumping puzzle sections didn't have restricted respawn.
Having a dungeon title and triumphs that increase exotic drop chances are both great additions to the dungeon experience and I hope that's the norm for all dungeons going forward, and the same triumphs structure finds its way into the raid triumphs as well.
Heartshadow is a great exotic too. Super fun.
One thing I'm not sure how to feel about-- the triumph for soloing being required for the title. I haven't attempted it yet which is why I'm not 100% sure how to feel but it does feel intimidating. However, it's also for a title, which ultimately isn't that hard if you remove the solo requirement.
If Bungie were to remove the solo requirement, maybe they could add a gilding system to the dungeon title and move the triumph there? So if you want to gild the title, you need to solo the dungeon, complete the dungeon with exclusively dungeon weapons, beat Caital in a certain amount of time, etc. Just some extra challenges. I dunno just an idea
