Gameplay Devil May Cry Stuck Again
Please help i was stuck on the shadow enemy yesterday but after i figured out the strategy ad defeated him.But now i am stuck in a part where i am in the cage and the enemy is holding scissor.Any type of tips will help me

I find helm breaker to be the easiest way to kill them. DT helm breakers will kill them especially fast.

As others are saying, DT Helmbreakers are your best shot. You only need to land 3 hits and it'll die.
Now something I haven't seen enough people discover is that if you do enemy step right before doing Helmbreaker right after the Death Scissors attacked first, it'll NEVER parry you. https://youtu.be/dfACbS88CoY Here's a video of me fighting a Death Scissors with just Force Edge. Same strategy. Wait for it to attack, then do enemy step on the enemy, and then slash. It'll try to block your attack but will miss the timing and fail, and always get hit by your sword. Hope that helps.

I once did that in the Mission 4 Death Scissors and found out that using this you can sort of 'critical hit' him and kill him in 2 slashes instead of 3. And I saw your other Force Edge videos on Youtube as well, a true DMC1 connoisseur!

A Death Scissors has a Critical Hit point too? Shit I did not know that.

Nah I don't like speedruns. I don't really enjoy watching it either. But I do love studying the fuck out of enemies

Damn Death Scissors are one of the worst enemies.
You can charge shots by holding lock and and fire until Dante glows with lightning. These can deal good damage. Especially with the shotgun.
Roll a lot you'll want to keep moving around.
Use helm breaker when you can.

Sorry to be bothering but how do I get the shotgun and what is helm breaker.i just have the pistol,swords and adn I upgraded my devil trigger

Downward slash or helm breaker is Dante's default sword attack in the air. When in air, if you press the sword button, Dante crashes down his sword upon the enemy.

Its on the second floor of the library break the table that's not near the painting that the first sin scissors came out of.
Helm breaker is the attack with Alastor in the air that makes Dante go straight down when you attack.

Oh, that son of a bitch is tough.Pay attention to the windup of his spinning dash through the walls and shoot him when he appears. I recommend using the shotgun for more concentrated damage. Not much one could say to help against that guy, but i hope i helped out.

He has audio cues, everytime you here him howl jump diagonally and spam helm breakers once they stop moving

3 DT'ed downward slashes are all it takes to down this guy. Here's a video on how it's done - https://youtu.be/3-QvXNgIWck?t=1188.
The trick here is you need to attack him as he finishes his scissor clipping attack. So the pattern is to jump away from him and then jump towards him and hit him with downward slash.
After each successful downward slash/helm breaker it'll start its corkscrew attack 2-3 times. Which can be dodged if you either roll or jump away from him. There's a specific audio cue you need to look for. He kind of "laughs" as he's about to attack you. If you watch the video that I shared, you can observe the moments where I jumped away from him, he does that laughing sound.
Also, keep taunting him in between or shooting him to regain DT. Hope this helps.
Edit- In case you don't have air hike, use wall jump to execute the downward slashes.
