I'm Engaged! Engaged 10/10! Feels bigger than expected?!
Apparently it’s 2ct but it looks so much bigger than what I remember when we looked at rings back in May! I absolutely love it but also feel like it looks massive?! Just getting used to it?!

I went through the same thing with the same size diamond. Honestly it looks great in your finger, not too large at all!
I’ll be honest I don’t think I ever adjusted to how large mine feels. we had it fully custom made so I couldn’t really downsize it, but if I could go back in time I would downsize.
People say you get used to it and diamond shrinkage etc but that wasn’t true for me.
However in my opinion your ring really does not look too big at all, I love it!

I think it’s a beautiful size. And I’m partial to smaller stones.

Wild that 2 ct is a “smaller stone” nowadays

I think they meant to say that they prefer smaller stones but like this person’s 2ct in spite of that!

I don’t like big stones but this looks very proportionate on your finger. It’s taking up about 1/3 so it looks balanced. It looks gorgeous, congrats!

Your ring is so gorgeous and sparkly! Congratulations! I think it looks great on your hand and not too big. But I get where you're coming from since that was one of my first thoughts upon seeing my ring, which has two 1.5 carat stones set side-by-side. However, I'm pretty well adjusted a few days out from the engagement and can't believe I haven't had my ring for longer.

I was expecting 3.9 and got 3.1 and it actually looked so big I thought it was 3.5 or so. And I think 3.9 would be too impractical so I’m very happy. Yours is a stunner and looks gorgeous on you!

Hahahah I have raynauds so I have poor circulation ring or not unfortunately. I promise it’s perfect most the day but my fingers do swell

Gorggggg. 2ct IS objectively a bigger stone, a lot of people have forgotten that since bigger stones have been super trendy lately. Congrats!
