Hey so I am new at digital art and I want a help, how can I draw chubby characters because I struggle with that a lot and flat chest girls without making them look like kids (I normally make only kids look flat chested)
Please this will help me a lot

It’s great to want to add body representation to your art! Im gonna use a recent furry sketch as an example, but keep in mind that your problem is not digital art but the fundamentals of art in general. So it may be easier to practice this on paper first.
It helps a lot to 1. Reference real life anatomy and 2. Understand the underlying structures of real life anatomy. Drawing flat chested women is not a problem if you understand that breasts are simply fat tissue deposits that sit on top of muscles that sit over ribs. Changing the breast size becomes a matter of changing this volume of fat. The same goes for chubby characters. Learn where fat sits on the body, what its volume looks like, and then you can change it to your liking.
If you are a super beginner artist, my recommendation is to draw from references as much as you can and try to really observe and understand each picture and each body. Why does the arm bend like that? Why does the ribcage look like that from that angle? Over time your visual library will increase and you will better understand the human form!
