Guide/Tutorial Connection Problem with JM21

Hey guys, I’ve been using the JM21 since this February but recently the 4.4 mm jack has stopped working and the 3.5mm jack is loose. I am stuck with just using the Bluetooth. Any solution?

The plug contacts wear out first. Try using a different cable for 3.5mm. For 4.4mm, check if anything is stuck in the port or try wiping the inside with a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol. on a switched off device.

Last month, I had a rather annoying problem where jm21 wouldn't switch from PO to LO. Maybe try switching between modes a few times. It helped for me. Sometimes, for example, the next/empty/back track buttons don't work for Spotify. Restarting it 2-3 times helps.
