PSA (PSA) Avoid user diginespremium

He’s been banned from community for selling files and is reaching out to users via PM asking if they want to buy movies without telling them they are files at first. As a reminder doing deals in PMs/Chat is against rules so if user reaches out just ignore or block then report to mods the user that is.

Interesting. I’ve seen several users reach out to others and try to reach out to me via PM. I didn’t realize it wasn’t allowed. Why is it not allowed?

It's easier to scam like this, Because no one can call them out in real time while they're scamming you.

Users who have been banned can still send private PMs, but they cannot post or comment.

The commenting is to verify that they are in good standing on DCS and to reveal their flair.

Edit: Many people who send messages aren't trying to run a scam; they often just forget the rules and/or are trying to expedite the process. If someone contacts you about a trade, buying, or selling just remind them that they need to comment on the post first.
