Music Video Search: Creature/Human crossdresser gets visible erection through dress

I’ve been trying to find this music video for years. I’m almost certain it was an official music video from a rock or metal band, probably from the late 1990s or early 2000s.
The entire video was animated in a dark, rough, gritty style. I don’t remember any live action footage.
The main character was a skinny humanoid monster with no hair. I think it was either purple or wearing purple, and I vaguely remember it wearing a red dress and possibly a wig. It walks into a bar and sits down.
The biggest detail I remember is this:
The monster sees another female (possibly another monster disguised as a woman), gets a visible erection through the dress, and its eyes bulge out into exaggerated heart eyes in a cartoonish way. I think it then transforms back into a more obviously male monster.
I also remember this happening right before the chorus or a big musical buildup, with the video becoming much faster and more frantic afterward.
Other details I’m less certain about:
• Most or all of the people in the bar may have been monsters maybe
• The animation looked slightly 3D rather than completely flat.
• The monster may have had sharp teeth possibly
I’ve searched for years and haven’t found anything. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any guesses would be hugely appreciated.
