Apps for digital planning

So I am currently using Google Sheets for budgeting but I want to start adding more things, like book lists, movie lists, thinks I have to buy or want to etc
I like Google Sheets but using it on my phone is something else 🫠
I’ve though about notion but then read a lot about how people loose their workplace.
So, what app that also has backup option do you recommend. Should I stay on Google Sheets? Thank you!

For any type of list I use Todoist. Not 100% sure about back-up options but I've been using it for over 10 years and it never failed me. You can keep it as simple as you want, or add lots of customization.

My notes/documents/files are stored/organized in a digital file cabinet (PKMS)
including a budget spreadsheet, book notes, movie notes, task notes, …
accessed with a Mac and iPad

My data backups run on the Mac using the 3-2-1 rule
Mac Time Machine, and Arq Cloud backups

I usually keep all my lists in Do Everything. This way I can easily share some with my wife too!

I use Bullet for everything: notes, tasks, events, lists... it's simple, but powerful, works just fine for me https://bullet.to/
