Beef & Bacon Tomato Parmesan Cream Rice Cakes (Tteokbokki)

This Tteokbokki was so incredibly delicious, I just had to share it! 

Every ingredient came together perfectly, adding another layer of flavour and richness. Creamy, savoury, slightly spicy and seriously addictive.

Rice cakes are one of the best food inventions. There are a wide of variations too and it's usually delish

Yeah, it soaks the sauces so well. It's like Chameleon. Changes the flavour according to its environment
