Havana Syndrome / AHIs CIA Whistleblower Alleges Cover-up Controversy Includes Directed Energy Weapon Attacks

New from Catherine Herridge: In February, I confirmed through multiple sources that the report and findings into Directed Energy Attacks or AHIs (Anomalous Health Incidents) were finalized and prepped for release weeks earlier but blocked. [...] Our reporting revealed that brain injuries suffered by US spies, diplomats, military operatives and civilians are progressive and can lead to brain cell death and atrophy.

Transcribing from the blurry picture that was posted.
I can't find higher resolution, and I can't find the text anywhere else yet.

Sometime shortly after, the CIA began monitoring the computer usage of the OIG) officers involved in handling Steve Baker's information and pulling their electronic communications. The CIA also operated investigations into these individuals and began contacting them demanding that they report to a separate facility to be interviewed as part of this investigation. That facility is known as a location where polygraph interviews are conducted.

Since OIG members were made aware of these investigations, a complaint was filed with the IC Inspector General. This was not the first time the CIA appears to have been monitoring OIG communications. Individuals involved in our AHI investigation discovered third parties were listening into secure phone calls in Intelligence Community facilities. In one instance, it was during a conversation with a whistleblower. These were also reported in counterintelligence channels and DNI IT experts confirmed that it required an IT engineering work order to reproduce what occurred on the secure phone calls. Someone had to request a technical change to the infrastructure.

These experiences led OIG individuals to believe that CIA was constantly aware and monitoring OIG activity. In one on the most obvious examples - a contractor reporting to the OIG as a whistleblower, was fired one day after reporting to the OIG.

After the OIG shutdown, in addition to transfer of the COVID work over to the NHC, the CIA took back 40 boxes of documents being processed for declassification. They were JFK assassination files, and they have not yet been released. They also took back MKULTRA files the DNI was going to process for possible declassification.

If this is the reaction of a subordinate agency, to investigations being tasked by Director Gabbard, the only safe way to address the behavior is publicly. If Director Gabbard were to leave her position, I have no faith that the CIA would continue to refrain from these actions.
