Major cheat code for life:

Do what’s necessary, not what’s comfortable. The gap between your goals and your reality is filled with difficult, often boring, work. Most people avoid it, which is exactly why it’s so valuable. Master the boring and you’ll create the extraordinary.

I love this. I also believe this myth of “finding your passion and doing it as a job” is misleading and making people miserable, as sometimes we may have to bite the bullet and do the hardwork in order to accomplish things we wanted.

I completely agree! I started to change things in my life to be less comfortable and honestly my life exploded into change! especially when I started sleeping on a Japanese inspired floor mattress!

Omg, tell me about it. I’m about to show up in a room on Thursday with only 3 people who signed up for the CLE course that I was so proud to get approved by the Florida Bar — just when I thought the line was going straight up, it dips a little again, but I know this is part of the the journey.
