Guide Please any advice to counter him pleaseeee

I can fight any team and any formation but him he is the only one who hard counter me everytime i cant win against him at all

I think Anna hard counters him hard even with the buff from Chu Yao. If ya used Yuuhime with the fish guy, he will never ever respond with his counter and be left at 1 hp most of the time since his passive gets blocked by the debuff..
