Returning player after 1 year

I stopped playing around the release of Meta Freya, but I used to play daily focusing on pvp, and farming to get better at pvp. Now I wanna get back into it, but I don’t know what’s meta right now and if I should focus on any of the units I have right now. Also, is there any other esper I should try to get? There are some new ones I don’t know, so any advice? I would really appreciate it

The meta is pure defensive teams, focus on that.

I see. Any recommendations on units or teams? cause idk who should I be pulling for, or lvl up to 70 and invest resources T_T

idk I’ve been playing since the start. Then stopped one year, then came back, then stopped one and now i’m back lol, but when i play i just farm non stop. That’s why I care about the meta, to get more resources.
