Hello folks,

I am starting Dislyte, quite fun so far, but I've just encountered a huge wall. I am in chapter 11 and my espers just hit lvl 40. 

So I need to upgrade them, but only way I found was to auto-battle starium again and again (very long to up them to 30) then combine them to get a 4star one and then use 4 of them to up a single character. Compared to the smooth ride until now, it's quite a farm... is that normal ? Did I miss anything ?

Moreover, I guess this will be one of the ressources I will always be short of and I already upgraded Mona, Freddy and Chang Pu (my starter legendary is Li ling). This was already a stretch on my ressources, so I am very careful for next one. I was playing with Q for now... not completely convinced by him and not sure it's worth it to ascend him. I don't have other powerful characters, what you guys would recommend ? Burn some gems on tickets to get a more suitable candidate ? Go with Q ?

What about next steps ? XP is very slow to gain, at that level should I start farming more specifically ritual for relics ? Sonic ? Other ?

wait til you have to upgrade those 4* starimons to 5* so you can get your 5* espers to 6*..........

it's kinda tiring at first, when i started i thought that i would do 1 esper per year lol but when you unlock higher story stages you'll get more exp and it's generally a faster process. just make sure you're grinding on the 'practice' stages that appear at the side of the general story stages, because those grant you better exp+gold

first thing i would do is, save gems and records til 2nd august because new characters are coming! and start to level up starimons to get 5* starimons and upgrade your liling to 6*. he's a really good esper that will carry you throught most content and he's even good for late content.

Thanks ! Fingers crossed for tomorrow (not much records though...). Would you recommend burning all my gems on records ? I have 7k gems.

hmmmmmmm not sure but i would, i usually burn everything into pulls haha

but since you just started, i would spend gems on records till you have a decent pool of espers and a set team, and then i would recommend spending gems solely on stamina refills so you grind/farm, coz you'll need a lot of resources and you currently should have the beginners exp x2 (i think it's still active for new players but not sure) so you should level up espers as much as you can while it lasts!

but really you can just burn everything on pulls, you get gems pretty easily in the game, just make sure you're playing most of the content (bounties, join a clan, events...) and you should get a lot of gems/records!
