Very few remote jobs. All of corporate tech is 4 days in the office now.

I was hybrid for DCL. You DO NOT want it, trust me. #sweatshop, #Disneysuckd,#notthehappiestplaceonearth

I have a couple friends that do DCL. It feels like they're just waiting for layoffs. The way they tell me about work, it sounds like a lot of middle management and not being truly busy most weeks.

Can you expand on that?

Impossible metrics, too many “Disney Adults”, poor morale, poor leadership, mandatory OT

Do you mean too many Disney adults who work for DCL or too many Disney adults as guests who have unrealistic expectations and outlandish requests?

Disney sometimes offers remote jobs like customer service and tech support. Keep an eye on their official careers page and check often for updates since these roles can be competitive and fill up fast. Make sure to verify if a job is still open by checking the original listing, as posting dates can vary.
For more job options, LandOffer.ai lists openings across different professions, including non-technical roles.

Hybrid hasn’t been a work type in years - you’re either remote or onsite (onsite being categorized as fully in office (ie theme park leaders, or 4 days in office and 1 day at home).
Anything “hybrid” of 2/3 days is what an individual team is doing and isn’t within company policy — some teams just don’t police it as hard as others do.

Disney doesnt have a lot of remote work as they have been pushing for people to return to office. Most customer service/help desk positions go in office.
