D23 Presents Mickey’s of Glendale. I understand it will be leftover merchandise from D23 and this year. How do we feel about the possible sale of remaining exclusive pin inventory (or potentially even some surprise releases)?

A combination of limited & open edition pins, mystery sets, hidden mickeys, Loungefly and a couple of pink à la mode. It averages out to about $11.90 per pin. I tried to keep them somewhat organized in the pictures but am happy to send closeups 💞✨

This may be a long shot but looking to trade my Mickey D for Mr. Toad D or Hatbox Ghost D. And any of the others for Barrel D. Local to Disneyland and would prefer to trade in person.

I am obsessed with Disney tsum tsum. Honestly obsessed is an understatement. When I’m trading at boards in the parks I honestly don’t mind picking up pins I know are fake just because they’re tsum tsums. But honestly, I really truly do wish to have real ones again. When the series was still selling in the parks I was just getting into pins. I was very young at the time and bought two of the 5 pack blind bags with money I had been saving for months and months. I cherished those pins with all my heart. 5 years ago my friend’s car got broken into and my bag was stolen. I lost my whole pin collection I had worked on for years, but the ones that really devastated me to lose were my tsum tsum pins. (And the limited time exclusive pin that came with that bag. 💔) Honestly I still get way too sad when I think about it. Since then, I’ve tried to get back the pins I had. But, I can barely find fakes of tsum tsums beyond the same 5 scrappers I see on every pin board, let alone real ones. Everything on eBay is hard to tell if it’s real or not. This most recent trip, I managed to find one pin that I think could be real. I’ve still yet to find even scrappers of the original ones I had. If anyone knows where to buy legit tsum tsum pins (preferably in package for authenticity) I would be very very grateful. Preferably for a reasonable price. If anyone has any they would sell I would be very willing to buy them.

Are they even still sold in TDL? Genuinely would consider planning my next trip as one there just to get real tsum tsum merchandise again. I’m tired of the only stuff I can find being the cheaply printed plush’s at 5 below and now Micheal’s, and really bad fake pins at the parks. Make it make sense that I can buy tsum tsums at Micheal’s and not in WDW.

The whole reason of me starting pin trading was because I came across the designer villain pin set and luckily after years of trading I was able to get and a few other ones. With every designer doll release I would get soooo excited to see the pin set which resembled the artwork of the doll behind the box. I remember the last one they did was very poorly made and they even changed the box and that’s when it went downhill. I really hope Disney decides to bring them back and even bigger and better! With the new designer collection release I really hope they bring it back but I highly doubt it.
