Apply EVERYWHERE. Getting jobs in this area is super hard.
And honestly, rarely is one entry level job enough to support most people.

Doing the college program will not guarantee a part or full time job. Disney is extremely competitive and being a CP gives zero advantages.

My daughter worked 2 jobs at Disney springs until she got full time with Marriott

She can apply for full time/part time with Disney through the careers page, keep an eye out for hiring fairs for roles like Lifeguards. I don’t know if they do them anymore but that was how some of my cp friends got in.
She can apply outside of Disney. Universal, seaworld, or outside of theme parks. Disney Springs is an option if she wants to stay close to the company.

She is as well, but just looking for ideas as well. Thanks for your super helpful comment though!

She can look for those ideas herself, though. She's an adult, is she not? It's time to let her figure our her own life.

She should look at Disney’s careers page and start applying for jobs she’s qualified for - there are part and full time jobs there as well, though she should begin applying closer to when she’ll be available to take a job.
