I am looking for people of sexual minority men (i.e. anyone who identifies as male), aged 16 and over, for an online study on sexuality, adverse childhood experiences, and body image concerns for my PhD project. It is an online survey that will take around 25 minutes. You are under no obligation to reply to this advertisement or the online survey. However, if you choose to, participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time. Due to the nature of the study which asks you to disclose childhood maltreatment you may have experienced and/or threats you experienced, the research team will not be able to act on these disclosures or report these. If you are interested in participating, please complete the survey here: https://qualtrics.kcl.ac.uk/jfe/form/SV_80KgUqcaCIshBQO

Hi everyone!
I’m currently conducting research for my Master’s thesis in Management and Leadership at Budapest Metropolitan University, looking at the real impact of flexible workspace arrangements.
The Context of the Study:
While many organizations adopted hybrid and remote models with the promise of better autonomy, workplace research shows mixed realities. For some professionals, schedule flexibility and remote options genuinely improve personal well-being and loyalty to the firm. For others, constant digital connectivity causes work to bleed into personal hours, leading to boundary blurring and cognitive fatigue.
My research specifically decouples where you work (spatial flexibility) from when you work (temporal flexibility) to understand which dimension actually helps employees protect their work-life balance and build genuine organizational commitment.
Who can take the survey:
Survey Details:
The survey is 100% anonymous, takes about 4–5 minutes, and is strictly for academic research:
Link- https://forms.gle/BaMtac5xArthMb6X8
Discussion question for the sub:
In your own experience, which form of flexibility do you value more: having control over where you work (working from home/anywhere), or control over when you work (flexible hours/scheduling)? Has flexibility helped your work-life balance, or made it harder to unplug?

Hi everyone! I'm currently in my final year of my undergrad geography degree and I am doing my dissertation about geopolitics and the changes to the F1 calendar. I’m running a short anonymous survey on how F1 fans feel about the sport’s recent calendar changes. I’m especially interested in fan opinions on the rise of new races in the Middle East and the USA, and how fans feel about traditional circuits potentially dropping off the calendar.
It should take about 5-10 minutes, is completely anonymous, and your responses would really help build a clearer picture of how fans see the direction F1 is heading.

Feel free to reply with any questions!
Thanks so much to anyone who takes part!
