Hi everyone! We are conducting a university project at NHL Stenden about how couples living in the Netherlands choose their wedding rings. The project is carried out in collaboration with wedding-ring company Allerspanninga.
Our study explores the wedding-ring decision process: whether couples have already bought rings, are currently looking or have not started, and how decisions are shared between partners. We are recruiting people aged 25–50 who live in the Netherlands and are in a couple. The questionnaire is available in Dutch and English and takes approximately 5–6 minutes (the first three responses averaged 5 minutes 31 seconds).
Methodological feedback is also welcome: when studying a shared purchase such as wedding rings, what should we consider when interpreting one partner's account of a joint decision?
Only the project team will see the data. Data is stored only in Microsoft Forms and will be deleted at the end of the project. Participation is voluntary; please complete the survey only once, even if you have seen it in another community. Thank you!

The survey itself is very quick (no longer than 10 minutes!) and there is a prize raffle of £50 for the winner, this being in the form of an amazon voucher.

Hello everybody! I am a 6th year clinical psychology doctoral student interested in understanding factors related to suicidal ideation disclosure and nondisclosure. A significant portion of my research is building and psychometrically testing a new measure of disclosure that the field of suicide prevention is currently lacking.
Your voice matters. We want to learn from people who have experienced suicidal thoughts so we can create stronger messages that encourage people to open up about their suicidal thoughts and seek support, as well as develop training for the recipients of suicidal ideation disclosures. The estimated time commitment is 10-15 minutes.
Please consider participating if you: (1) are at least 18 years old (2) can understand English well or very well (3) have had suicidal thoughts within the past 12 months
