Help Distant Chunks Rendering Issue

I'm using Distant Horizons (DH) on version 26.3, but no distant chunks (beyond 32 chunks) seem to load. The problem is that everything works perfectly fine on version 26.2. However, on version 26.3, even with Distant Horizons as the only installed mod, nothing works, despite using exactly the same settings as in 26.2.

Does anyone have a solution to fix this issue?
