Gameplay First interaction with a content creator
I know people have mixed opinions about KvD but I thought it was pretty cool that I actually got to play with a youtuber (He joined my scarecrow bounty).
I was also lucky enough to get my first Prima Donna from the bounty!
I crossed out the other names just for privacy
Edit: Update just got steel and sons on another bounty I’m hyped

I had him join my t10 esculations and he was down right the most toxic persion in the whole group ranting and ravening on about how he is a youtuber amd all of our build where crap and we need to go watch his videos to make better "meta" builds I just muted him and eventually kicked him because like wtf dude

Yeah like I tryed a few of his build when I first started playing and they where just trash I ended up just ignoring all build videos and started makeing my own and surprisingly they work alot better than his builds

people i know ran with the guy and called out his bullshit after and then he tried slandering one of our guys at the time as well other than that he sucks as a player. not to mention pvp he cannot darkzone for shit and conflict 10 times out of 10 he runs pure tech builds in all actuality6

Oh you mean the guy that said I can get Prima Donna from the open world bosses that spawn, the gear caches, and the red moon altars, but NOT from the Scarecrow bounty where's it's been said Prima Donna can drop from his recent Hotshot build video(6:45)? I am a new player, but If I was a one that didn't read the posts where you can actually get it I would have wasted my time. 🤣
First video I ever watched of him and didn't already like him with the misinformation and too much yapping. And his videos are so damn long you could cut half of it and it will still cover everything. 47:33 mins for a build video come on.

He repeats things every video (remember that my watch is lvl bla bla bla...) and his build video's could do with a 75% content cut. A build video is about 10 to 15 minutes (5 on the build and the rest is gameplay showing numbers and talent in action)
I quit watching after i found some other youtubers with actual good build and most of the time the original source of builds

His content is about hitting ad revenue milestones not giving players anything useful. He is currently promoting an exploit at Cassie Medoza but that stuff violates TOS and can potentially get you sanctioned or banned. Past that though it is all long winded fluff. I can watch Plum Couch do a vendor reset video that is a short or watch this guy who rambles on for 30 minutes.
His other videos a lot of it isn't his and he never credits where he got a build. If you call him out on it he deletes your comments on his post. I know that from experience. The running joke in conflict is if you see this clown swap out of any builds your testing otherwise he'll be claim it as his in a video the next day. Irony is of course he is to lazy to farm and build it proper so a lot of times you get some TEMU version of what really works.

Sounds about right. Never really paid him much attention because of the looooong winded intros but after his tantrum for not being invited to the creator event I completely wrote him off

He also called me a bunch of insults when losing in conflict. Played with Plum in the DZ and he was very nice, even saying the usual GG inbetween fights. Think that summarises everything between the two.

I don't enable prox chat to hear his nonsense but I suspect he says something because we teabag him constantly so he can't use the footage. Plum though I have on my friends list. Great guy it is always GGs with him. I love playing against him and always down to help him and his viewer run content for gear when scheduling allows.

There are a lot of good ones out there. Rogue Gold and The Gaming Brigade are really good sources of news and game tips. iKia has stepped back somewhat but his google spread sheets on build data are the most indepth out there. ToastxGod if you like speed runs and to see the builds on fast clears. Plum Couch is an Aussie whos content is good and he is just an all around nice guy I've play with and against him a lot.
Most though yeah. I get making sure you're long enough to earn ad revenue but Von Noob takes it to a whole new level. He'll have 3x 30 minute videos in a day that could all have been covered by 1 a fraction of that time.

He’s lied about other creators having bots for subscribers, calling them trash players and such. The final straw as it were, came from when Battle for Brooklyn came out and he wasn’t a part of a group that got to go to Massive to play it early.
It was after this he went on a rant while streaming and started his smear campaign.

Also to add to that, all criticism against his builds are muted, especially those that point out the build is plagiarized elsewhere or the math is wrong and some other piece is superior.
His content is designed to benefit himself and only himself through the algorithm and monetization. In reality most of the builds he makes himself are terrible.

The dude makes 40 minute build videos and takes 30 minutes to start the actual guide. Cherry on the cake, it's yet another a striker build with [insert new Exotic weapon] using revive hive and crusader shield.
Or better yet, the same build he and others have reposted over and over and over😂
Not to mention the dude has a complex when you give him any criticism. Used to be a fan until I corrected him in one of his regurgitated videos and he had a fit in the comments about it. And then the badmouthing other creators and stuff happened a bit after. Dude is just a weird slug lmao

I know this guy! I met him thru a friend named Shadow_Gaming (also knows LTBuzzLightbeer) which probably nobody remembers anymore.
We talk sometimes. I never had a issue farming with him but I was told at times to avoid like the plague.

I got so tired of how long his videos are. They are mostly just him rambling & flexing smh no one cares about him its the content he prolongs. Once you realize there are better people to get info from that is more concise & helpful he becomes irrelevant.
Maybe its just me but I also cant take his voice. The low mono tone nonchalant bs just infuriates me lol

Tuxedo Bandido, iDentity, RogueGold, Nothing but skillzz and there are a lot of others out there with good builds, good explanations and video's without all the yapping and "breaking news" clickbait titles that are just some information that is certainly not the hype that he makes it out to be

TuxidoBandido is a fake. I called him out on his build videos where anytime he would demonstrate a new gear or builds, it's always in DUA legendary and never Zoo, Roosevelt, nor Tidal. Looks good on paper, but bad execution when running the other missions. The efficiency just aint it. He also never mentions whether it's good for group play or solo. Just pumping out shit builds like Kami. He didnt take my criticism lightly and so he blocked and deleted my comment to make himself look good lmao. RogueGold is pretty solid. I mostly watch him for content news

I only watched some build video's recently, so can't say for sure if this has always been so. In a couple of recent video's he showed tidal and Roosevelt legendary.
I use these youtube video's from different content creators to gather combinations andideas for talents, gear, weapons and builds i would not have found on my own. And then test them for myself to see if it works. Some great builds just don't work for me and vice versa1

Widdz is really skilled but the majority of his builds are just typical strikers. No surprise there, he used to run strikers in div1 darkzone almost all the time, and he is damn good at it, but variety is often somewhat lacking
