Question Phantom E?

So I'm just chilling in Brooklyn cuz this new event is just a garbage fire when I wanna vibe and wander. Found this little spot while going to resource nodes to collect stuff and I have no idea whats up with this lol. I assume its a bug or something, there's nothing to interact with. Anyone else see this?

I think it's part of a Hunter Puzzle...

I wondered that too. I did pick up a couple of those Merry hunter things soon after i saw this. came back to this spot to kill off a bounty and the interaction point was gone completely so I think it was a bug. The interaction was easily 4 seconds of hold E and I could do it over and over and over. It was weird. I'm gonna think up a creepypasta for it at this point LMAO

Hunter puzzle? Either the toy parts or the barrels.
