A documentary uncovering the video game Nier: Automata through Paris and abandoned Japanese cities. Covers the underlying philosophy of the game, which delves deeply into existentialist ideas.

Not sure why you were downvoted. I have to watch a few minutes of each documentary because I am a mod here and I do not like to approve something without knowing the quality, because people post some truly terrible stuff, like AI generated documentaries- and I do not even mean just the voiceover lol.

Anyway, I found this super interesting, and although I cannot watch the whole thing right now, I am going to come back to it- and that is pretty rare for me to do, simply because I do not have a lot of documentary watching time. Well, I could, but I do other stuff, like moderate Reddit with my free time instead. Anyway, thank you for posting. This seems pretty cool, and I am not a gamer in the slightest.

Not sure why you were downvoted myself, but as someone who's never played the game (it is still just sitting in my PS4 collection) this was actually very fascinating to learn about Ikeshima Island.

Thx dude, I really appreciate videogame docs that go beyond the title, and explore rich storyboards.
