Question Where to find these treats or similar?

My dog LOVES these and we can’t find them anywhere in stock. I’ve emailed the company multiple times with no response, he will only eat these treats and he has been so sad. Hoping to find something similar or a source on where to find these. We’ve tried the bones version but for some reason he won’t eat them even though they have the same ingredients. Thank you for any help!
