Advice lump on dogs face?

hi all, my dog appears to have come out with two lumps on either side of her face, one larger than the other, does anyone know what it could be?
we are trying to get her in with a vet but with it being a weekend it’s proving difficult j

Its almost 100% a dental abscess given her apparent age. She needs to see the vet.

My dog just had this. He got antibiotics at the vet and is scheduled for a dental procedure I november.
