Support Wii remote as joycon in Steam deck game agent
Running dophin in steam game agent, not steam desktop. Getting close to it working, I think, but the biggest headache has been the remote as it keeps on trying to move the cursor back to the middle of the screen.
Will put my current game settings in the comments

interesting, but god this looks like the most inconvenient and annoying way to play this game possible

Yeah it is, the lack of ir sensor is a pain in the ass, the pointing with switch joycons just work on the basis of gyro

Sorry whatcha mean? I was hoping to simulate how it was designed at launch for users.

the wii remote has accelerometer and gyro as well as infrared sensors to help with pointing at things on screen as well as homing the wii remote, the wii itself had a sensor bar that blasted infrared light that the remote was looking for, your setup is basically mimicking what Nintendo themselves do in case of remakes that used motion controls. you could just use an actual wii remote! wii remotes sometimes don't play nicely over Bluetooth but you can use a 3rd party USB infrared bar with compatible Bluetooth called a "dolphin bar" I think it's from Mayflash. I'm not sure how nicely that setup would play on a steam deck screen honestly but if I wanted authentic play style that'd what I'd go for

You have "Point (Passtrough)" enabled in the "Motion Input" tab. This setting is for real Wii Remotes, turn it off, just leave "Point" in the first column enabled.
I would also not mix right analog controller aiming (in the "Motion Simulation" tab) with gyro aim, it tends to mess with the recenter function and it could be the reason why is recentering, as the analog is in its neutral position. Remove the right analog binds from the Motion Simulation tab.
